Questions people actually ask
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Creating an account, designing products and opening a Pop-Up Store are free. You pay when an order is placed — the production cost plus shipping for that order, taken from your wallet.
Who actually prints and ships?
A print provider does. You choose which one makes each product, and you can see their cost, their shipping rates and where they cannot deliver before you decide. When an order comes in it goes to that provider, who prints it and ships it to your customer.
How do I make money?
You set the retail price. The customer pays it, we take the production cost and shipping when the order goes to production, and the difference stays in your wallet. Only money you earned from sales can be withdrawn — a top-up you paid in by card cannot.
Where can I sell the products?
Every account gets a Pop-Up Store you can publish immediately. Beyond that there are adapters for twelve sales channels; which of them you can connect depends on what this installation has been configured with, and the connect page tells you plainly which is which.
What artwork do I need?
PNG, JPEG or WebP. The editor measures your file against the print area and tells you the effective DPI — and how wide it can print before quality drops — rather than letting you find out on a garment. Text you add is drawn at output resolution, so it is always sharp.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The designer runs in the browser, and the dashboard works without JavaScript on most pages — including publishing a product and placing an order.
